What started as a handful of live training sessions has grown into something much larger. Today, RefMasters serves thousands of officials across multiple sports through education, mentorship, fitness, mental wellness, apparel, technology, grassroots opportunities, camps, evaluations, and community.
We’ve launched RefMasters University. Built Private Spaces for associations across the country. Created RefWell and Runnin’ Ref. Developed RefScore and Pro Lab mentoring with the pros. Expanded grassroots officiating opportunities. Hosted training featuring NBA, NFL, MLB, MLS, NCAA and high school leaders. And most importantly, we’ve built a community of officials who genuinely care about improving themselves and helping others do the same.
But we’re just getting started.
As RefMasters continues to grow, we’re looking for two exceptional people to join our team and help shape the next chapter of our journey.
Education & Content Manager
Education has always been at the heart of RefMasters.
Every live session, article, video breakdown, quiz, certification course, poll, and learning experience exists for one reason: to help officials improve.
We’re looking for someone who can help us elevate and scale that mission.
The Education & Content Manager will play a key role in developing programming across our platform, coordinating content creation, supporting our sport leaders and instructors, and ensuring that officials receive world-class learning experiences.
This is an opportunity to influence how thousands of officials learn, develop, and advance in their careers.

Retail & Apparel Manager
One of the fastest-growing parts of RefMasters is our apparel and merchandise business.
Through The Refs Locker and our growing partnerships with officials associations, camps, and organizations, we’re helping officials look professional while creating new opportunities for organizations to serve their members.
We’re looking for someone who can lead and grow this area of the business.
The Retail & Apparel Manager will oversee product development, vendor relationships, custom stores, order fulfillment processes, customer experience, and strategic growth initiatives.
This role sits at the intersection of operations, entrepreneurship, customer service, and brand building.
For the right person, this is a chance to help build one of the most trusted brands serving sports officials.
